What is 2nd Paws?
We are not a large scale rescue. My husband and I decided to run a small rescue service out of our own home. We started this last Christmas and since then haven't had a moment to spare. There are so many unwanted animals out there, and this was one way we could help.
2nd Paws has successfully placed over 200 pets in loving homes since Christmas of last year. We are located in London, ON, and do this out of our home. We have the help of two other local London rescues, as well as multiple foster homes, a groomer, a veterinarian, and a trainer. All expenses, and medical costs are absorbed by us. We do not profit off of this business, we do it for the welfare of the animals.

We are always looking for extra help. Also, you are welcome to make a donation to the rescue which goes to help more animals. We also accept used supplies, such as cages, crates, blankets, food, litter, etc. We always have plenty of pets avaliable for adoption.
